In person or remote Reiki session tailored to your needs. Reiki is a gentle energy practice that can be practiced with hands on the body, or without touching the body, and fully clothed. The practice invites energy to meet the highest healing good for the individual receiving and, as with any integrative practice, there is expansive opportunity for you to have a uniquely personal experience each time you receive.
